Basic Netiquette Rules for Bloggers

1. Real People Take Priority - Don't be on your phone when talking to somebody in real life, it's really irritating.
2. If You Wouldn't Say it to Someone's Face, Don't Say it Online - You might get in trouble for that. Say online only things you're sure in and that are not insulting.
3. If You Wouldn't Show it in Public, Don't Share it Online - Personal stuff must stay personal, keep that in mind
4. Don't Repost Without Checking the Facts - You should check the information that you are posting in your blog not to fool someone
5. Respect People's Privacy - just like your private stuff must stay personal, other people expect the same thing from you. Do not post "bad" pictures of other people if they don't want you to.
6. Do not violate copyright law or intellectual property secrets - that's illegal
7. Do not post obsene material - that's illegal as well. You might get in trouble for that. 
8. Just because it's free, it doesn't mean it's safe - some websites might try to steal your personal information by making you click a fishing link, don't let that happen.
